SHIR offers 90 days of warranty on all products from the date of purchase.

Any defects caused by the manufacturer that are claimed within the warranty period will be repaired free of charge.

Any damages caused by accident, misuse, wear or neglect are not considered warranty claims. Considering the nature of products being fine jewelry, we recommend following:

- Do not use while doing sports/working out.
- Do not wear during household activities.
- Do not let the jewelry get in touch with chemicals, perfume, cleaning products, salt water, chlorine, alcohol and similar.
- Do not shower or sleep with the jewelry.
